Three wise men, led by a dream, go through the desert towards adventure. Their journey is full of dangers, surprises, and amazing encounters.

The estimated length of the Show is 1 hour 15 minutes.

The classic story of Christmas appears in a new light. Traveling through the desert and following the star, our heroes meet new friends and help those who have lost heart to believe again. They find themselves in the palace of King Herod and in a mysterious cave, where a serious and dangerous test awaits them. Completely original, interesting, and very beautiful music has been written for this performance. Songs created specifically for this show will be debuted here. Children, teenagers, and adult actors bring us this old; this new; this timeless story of faith, dreams, hope and searching.

Production dates are in December 2023; location is the Northwest suburbs of Chicago.
Audition and Rehearsal location is in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago.
 
Roles for:
– kids (boys and girls, age 10+)
– adult actors, male or female
All must be able to dance and sing.
 
– We also have opportunities for a Vocal Teacher and a Dance Teacher.
 
Adult actors and Teachers will be compensated.

PREMIERE OF SPLINTER MARCH 2023

With great joy, I want to inform you that I have decided to restore my play Splinter with new actors.

The performance had been running for almost 20 years with continued success and full houses.

This is a kind, light lyrical comedy. You will laugh and be a little sad. You will get a huge boost of optimism.

This play is about love for the theater, about friendship and fidelity, and about the ability to dream.

This is a sensitive and touching story about the theatrical world, in which at times, it is difficult to distinguish what is an illusion and what is reality.

And only human feelings remain unchanged here.

This is a play in one act, starring Amy Beth Hart, George Dougherty and K.C. Khan.

The premiere will take place on the stage of the theater of the Cultural Center Krug in Wheeling, IL on March 4, 5 and 11, 12, 2023.
